Reservations and Policies

  • Check-In / Out: Check in: 3:00 pm | Check out: 11:00 am
  • Rooms are remade between 11:00 am & 3:00 pm.
  • Quiet time is observed from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am.
  • We have a 2-night minimum on weekends from late spring through fall and a 3-night minimum on some holidays (but, please always give us a call to see what options may be available).

  • Breakfast at The Woodstock Inn is served buffet style from 9:00 am – 11:00 am each morning in the lobby.
  • Menus for local restaurants are located in the office at our Woodstock NY hotel for your convenience.
  • Please do not burn candles or incense in the rooms.
  • No smoking in rooms or in close proximity to rooms.
  • Sorry, we can not accommodate pet family members at The Woodstock Inn.
  • Please do not take bath towels or room blankets to the Millstream. Beach towels and picnic blankets are available free of charge in the office.
  • Reservations cancelled 1-week or more prior to arrival are not charged a fee. Reservations cancelled under 1-week are charged 15% of their room or the full amount if it is not rebooked.
