Breakfast at The Woodstock Inn on the Millstream

At our boutique hotel in New York state, a bountiful continental breakfast is served buffet style in the sunny lobby, or guests can eat outside overlooking the stream on one of the Bluestone patios.

Our Woodstock bed and breakfast strives to provide food choices for everyone, with a decided slant on being health-conscious.  The buffet is overflowing with delicious breakfast options, made with only the freshest of local ingredients whenever possible.  Begin your morning with freshly brewed gourmet coffee (we love our coffee!), hot tea, juice, and organic, soy or almond milk. Serving time is 9 am to 11 am each morning for guests at the Inn (sorry, this is not available to guests staying in the cottages as each cottage has its own fully-equipped kitchen.) 

As our guest at the Inn, you can enjoy the best bagels in town along with an assortment of healthy, local pastries, accompanied by fresh cream cheese, jams and almond butter. Our menu varies as we focus on in-season fruits and local baked goods.

Blueberries, strawberries, and bananas are a staple and go well with our selection of cereals, organic yogurt, free-range hard-cooked eggs, and delicious locally made granola. Our lox are truly superb!

If sweets are what you crave, we have delicious local dessert breads such as cranberry nut, poppy seed, and pumpkin spice.  A nibble of rugelach may be just the thing to take care of that craving!

The Woodstock Inn on the Millstream is making strides to reduce our carbon footprint. We use as many local ingredients as possible and our breakfast plates, juice cups, coffee cups and garbage bags are all biodegradable and compostable!
